Tenke Fungurume

rePlan is managing planning and implementation of all resettlement activities at the Tenke Fungurume Mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo, including collection and analysis of all resettlement related baseline data. Collected data will be stored in an Information Management System currently under development by rePlan. The custom system will provide audit trails for accounting purposes, formalize existing ad-hoc processes within RAP activities, and allow for a simple view into the data provided with customizable reporting capabilities. We are also developing a monitoring framework, and key performance indicators for livelihoods restoration and community development programming, and building the capacity of local partners and staff to conduct monitoring and evaluation activities.
